Buckingham Fountain


A Chicago treasure to say the least. A and A's vision was clear: a shoot that felt like them- Chicago style. Originally from Pennsylvania, they both met here and wanted some photos to reflect their time here as well as include Travis, their super cute puppy!


We met at the fountain during a perfect golden hour evening-- it was one of those Chicago summer nights where the weather was the perfect temperature and the light was softly behind the buildings.

We started with ground rules. These are always my rules for having a great session- no squinting, if you don't like something, tell me and HAVE FUN!

A and A were absolutely stunning. We chatted, laughed and within the first 5 minutes I could tell of the deep love they have for each other. It was clear that they both have fun, laugh and can be silly around each other.


We made sure that Travis was not only included but got to see us and keep tabs on what we were doing! (don't worry we kept tabs on him too).


After we went to the lake, we ended in a little garden that A and A run through all the time on their way to the lakefront path. I loved being able to document their Chicago story and capture memories that they can keep forever.
